Derrell Richardson - University of the District of Columbia 

Derrell is a Political Science major at the University of the District of Columbia. After college, his plans are to attend graduate school where he will pursue his  MAT. He aspires  to teach secondary social studies in urban communities.


Michael T. Moore - Bethune-Cookman University 

Michael is a senior majoring in  Elementary Education at Bethune Cookman University. He hails from Media, Pennsylvania and would love to open a boarding school for African-American Boys. He dreams of giving back to his community in a way that positively impacts other young Black men like himself. 


Ramon Johnson - Morehouse College 

Ramon is a senior sociology major at Morehouse College. As a future Ph.D. student and subsequent faculty member, hes intends to explore how interactional diversity among various gender and sexual identities of color influences social interactions, campus culture, stereotyping, and beliefs regarding the need for sociopolitical solidarity before, during and after the college years. Immediately upon attaining a Ph.D. in higher education, he aspires to become known as a leading intellectual authority on within-group sex and gender heterogeneity and its implications for K-12 and higher education policy, pedagogy, and administrative practice.
